1st October- Tapware installed

29th September- Toilets installed/ Electrical completed/Rangehood/ facade ballustrading

25th September- First Coat of paint

18th September- Benchtops installed/Waterproofing to Balcony

17th September-Wet areas tiling completed

12th September- Garage door installed,air conditioning vents cut out, staircase gyprocked

9th September- Tiling commenced

5th September- Rain Water Tank installed

4th September- Kitchen, bathroom cabinets fitted

29th August - Waterproofing wet areas

28th August - Lower Level brick clean

27th August-Doors installed/LOCK UP

26th August- Stairs installed

19th August -Gyprock/Cornices

13th August -Insulation installation

5th August- Lower Roof Completed

31st July - Lower Gutters/Eaves/ Render to Facade

10 April 2014- Fence installed/toilet
